Bar Options

HOST BAR

Host Bar package is based on a four-hour event. If extra time is requested, there is an additional per hour charge.

Beer varieties available.  If substituting bottle beer for draft beer the charge is $1.95 pp. Two options may be chosen for draft beer. Additional brands of draft will be subject to additional charges.

For wedding receptions, champagne (for members of the bridal party over 21) is complimentary/included.

CASH BAR

Cash Bar available at a per-drink price payable by guests during the event.

CONSUMPTION BAR

Consumption Bar is based on cash bar prices and subject to a service charge and payable in full at the conclusion of the event.

Gatherings reserves the right to refuse service of shots and doubles during bar service. In accordance with The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania liquor laws, the staff of Gatherings will refuse service to those without proper identification or who may appear to be intoxicated.
